| Storage and shipping | |
| Storage and shipping | The lyophilized products is to be stored at +4 degrees Celsius until it's been opened. After opening, reconstitute to a volume of 500ul with distilled H2O. If it is not entirely clear after standing for 1-2 hours at room °T centrifuge the solution. The antibody is stable for several weeks at +4 degrese Celsius when undiluted. After the working solution is prepared, don't use it if more than 24 hours have passed after dilution. For extended storage after reconstitution, we suggest aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing; or the addition of an equal volume of glycerol to make a final glycerol concentration of 50%, followed by storage This antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. The concentration of protein and buffer salts will decrease to one-half of the original after the addition of glycerol |
