| Specificity and cross-reactivity | Specific binds to human Lp (a) and apo (a). No cross reaction to apoB-100/48; minor to plasminogen. Dilution for immunoblot and ELISA range: 200 to 20,000 |
| Storage and shipping | |
| Storage and shipping | The lyophilized products is to be stored at +4 degrees Celsius until it's been opened. After opening, reconstitute to a volume of 500ul with distilled H2O. If it is not entirely clear after standing for 1-2 hours at room °T centrifuge the solution. It is stable for several weeks at 4oC as an undiluted liquid. Do not use for more than one day after dilution. For extended storage after reconstitution, we suggest aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing; or the addition of an equal volume of glycerol to make a final glycerol concentration of 50%, followed by storage at -20oC. The concentration of protein and buffer salts will decrease to one-half of the original after the addition of glycerol |
